What to include
A bug or something not working
Tell us what happened and what you expected, which game mode you were playing, and your device and browser, or the app version. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Help with your account
Write from the email address linked to your account, or tell us how you sign in: Google, Apple, Facebook, Discord, Telegram or email. Never send your password.
Deleting your account
In the VSolitaire app, open Settings → Delete account. On the web, email hello@vsolitaire.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. See account deletion.
Privacy requests
For a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email hello@vsolitaire.com. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.

- My game isn't on the leaderboard: leaderboards only rank signed-in players. Sign in before you play.
- My speed challenge time shows as unranked: runs with machine-like move timing are held for review.
- Cash prizes: the cash prize program has ended. There are no prizes or payouts today.
