1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using VSolitaire, you confirm that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use VSolitaire.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Account Creation

2.2 One Account Per Person
You may maintain only one VSolitaire account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, manipulate matchmaking, or gain unfair advantages will result in termination of all accounts.

3. Permitted Use
3.1 Personal, Non-Commercial Use
VSolitaire is provided for personal entertainment. You may not use the Service for commercial purposes without written authorization.
3.2 Fair Play
You agree to play fairly and not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
- Exploit bugs or glitches
- Manipulate matchmaking or rankings
- Collude with other players to fix outcomes
- Reverse engineer the Service
3.3 Community Standards
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
4. Cash Tournaments and Payments
4.1 Eligibility
Cash tournaments are available only to users who:
- Are 18 years or older (21 in some jurisdictions)
- Reside in regions where skill-based gaming is legal
- Have completed identity verification
4.2 Regional Restrictions
Cash tournaments are not available in jurisdictions where prohibited by law. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
4.3 Entry Fees and Prizes
Tournament entry fees contribute to prize pools. Prize distribution is specified for each tournament. Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament begins.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-5 business days. We may require identity verification before processing withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.
4.5 Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on winnings. We may provide tax documentation as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
VSolitaire and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights through use of the Service.
5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use VSolitaire for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5.3 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
